All the confirmed orders received by 5 PM IST are shipped the same day. Orders within India are shipped through Blue Dart while orders outside India are sent via FedEx.

If a courier service is not available for a particular place in India the products are sent through the service of the Indian Postal Department.

Orders received on Sundays are shipped on Monday.

Shipment within India

The confirmed orders within India are shipped via Blue Dart. In case the courier service is not available for any location, the order is shipped by Speed Post. In case Speed Post Service is also not available for any particular location, the orders are shipped by Registered Post.

Please note that all products on Diwalimela.com are shipped free of cost within India. All shipping costs are included within the price of the product itself.

Shipment outside India

The confirmed orders outside India are shipped via FedEx. The shopping cart adds international shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging.

Delivery

Courier deliveries within India are made within 1-3 working days while orders outside India delivered within 3-5 working days. In case the package is send by Indian Postal Service it usually takes 3-10 working days to reach the intended destination.

Track your order

When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in case the products are delivered through Indian Postal Services we will be able to provide you with only a receipt of dispatch by the Indian Postal Department as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.
