India it depends upon the country where the gift has to be
delivered. The exact amount of shipping will be specify by an online
bill before the payment procedure begins. It separately mentions the

- Order confirmation to me
When you place the order, Diwali Mela will send you an e-mail
confirming each order registered with us. So make sure that your
e-mail id is valid. The e-mail also indicates your order number
that can be used later for checking the status.
- Actual delivery time for an order
Diwali Mela provides you the facility to deliver your order on
a particular date. While placing your order online, you can
simply select the date on which you want your gift to be
delivered. We will deliver your gift on the specified date
provided it gives us a minimum of 6 working days after securing
your payment. It is actually happened in two steps- Products are
delivered to the destination point through the courier services.
Diwali Mela normally takes 1-3 working days for delivering the
product to courier company. Similarly, depending upon the
destination, courier company also takes usually 1-3 working days
for completing the delivery process. So while calculating the
shipping time, transportation time taken by courier company is
also required to be taken into consideration. 7-10 working days
are required for sending gifts outside the india. Please be
clear that no shipment is possible from Diwali Mela on Sundays
or any other public holidays due to the non-availability of our
fulfillment partners.

How To Track Order Status
For knowing the current status of your orders just log in to 'My
Account' and click on 'Order History' option. All the orders placed
on Diwali Mela have to follow a systematic procedure of Processing,
Processed before it finally enters into to the 'Shipped' state:
a) Processing: It is the first stage which is the default status
for your order and it comes as soon as an order is placed.
b) Processed: It indicates that your order/payment has been
approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product to
deliver it as per your specifications.
c) Shipped: It means that your order has been successfully shipped
from our end.
d) Cancelled: It means that your order could not be approved by our
payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due
to some constraints.
Canceling an Order
1. You can cancel your orders until and unless they are not
entered into the shipping process. Order will be canceled till they
are in the processing mode. If an order enters into the processed
mode then you can not cancel it.
2. For canceling an order just click on
My Account
link in the top right of any page on the site. After login, 'My
Account' page is displayed where you have to click on 'Order
History' link to see the details of your placed order. To cancel
your order you need to click on the 'Enquire' link relating to that
particular order. Afterwards a webpage with a text area & Submit
button will be displayed. Over here you need to type your request
for cancellation in the given text area and then click on the
'Submit' button. You can also click on order number to see the
details & send your request for cancellation by 'Click here to
enquire the order status' link.
Update My Profile
You can update your e-mail address, personal information, billing
address by 'My Profile' link.
Chang your Login Password
